The only personal information we collect directly through the Site is the email address you provide when you sign up for our newsletter. We do not require an account to browse the Site, and we do not collect names, payment information, or other personal details ourselves.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this Site.

We use the email address you provide to:

• Send newsletter updates, devotionals, and announcements
• Share new book, app, and content releases
• Respond if you've contacted us directly

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone.

Our newsletter signup form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your email is sent to and briefly stored by Formspree in order to deliver it to us. We encourage you to review Formspree's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

Our featured book is sold through Gumroad, and our apps (Clarity, Serenity Script, and Walk with Faith) are hosted on their own platforms with their own accounts and privacy practices. Any information you provide directly to Gumroad or to one of our apps is governed by that service's own privacy policy, not this one.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, or you can contact us directly (see below) to request that we delete your information.

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as Clarity Kingdom grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
